Job Title: Overnight Line Cook

Location: New York – Warren Street Hotel

We are seeking an experienced Overnight Cook to join our award-winning culinary team. Working through the night, you will oversee kitchen operations, prepare refined dishes for room service and Drawing Room guests, and set up for the following day’s breakfast service and events. You will lead a small team, ensuring every plate reflects Firmdale’s signature attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen operations overnight.
• Deliver exceptional dishes to Firmdale standards.
• Supervise and guide the overnight team.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct mise en place, stock control, and handover preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or Sous Chef in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and food preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for food and attention to detail.
