Acclaimed Michelin Star Chef, Mourad Lahlou, and the Aziza team are accepting resumes for hard working and dedicated Captains to join the front of house team. Our rustic menu showcases an innovative marriage between modern techniques and tradition, highlighting Chef Mourad’s deep knowledge of spices and Moroccan flavors. We are known for our innovative cocktail program and eclectic wine list.

We serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday and brunch Saturdays and Sundays.   

You must be able to work Weekends and Brunch

Position Summary

The Food Runner plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow between kitchen and dining room. You will ensure dishes are delivered with precision, grace, and attention to detail — always upholding our service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes to guests promptly, accurately, and with fine-dining presentation standards.

• Communicate clearly with captains, servers, and the kitchen to ensure proper timing.

• Pay close attention to modifiers, allergies, and special requests.

• Maintain polished service stations and assist in resetting tables.

• Support captains and servers with guest needs when appropriate.

• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Prior fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of service.

• Ability to move quickly and confidently in a busy dining room.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
