An established, award-winning restaurant group in Atlanta is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our flagship high-volume locations. This role requires a strong operator with excellent leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering standout hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The General Manager is the senior onsite leader responsible for driving operational excellence, developing a high-performance team, and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience. This position balances day-to-day service leadership with long-term strategic execution, including financial performance, culture-building, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture

Lead, inspire, and coach all FOH and BOH teams to uphold high standards of hospitality.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountability-driven work environment.

Develop strong internal talent pipelines through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Operations Management

Oversee daily service operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and team deployment for both restaurant and brewery service areas.

Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational systems throughout the property.
Financial & Business Management

Drive revenue growth with a keen understanding of P&L management, labor control, cost of goods, and financial forecasting.

Analyze weekly and period financial reports to identify opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational targets.

Partner with ownership and executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
Guest Engagement

Build strong relationships with guests, regulars, and the local community.

Address feedback with professionalism and urgency to maintain high satisfaction scores.

Represent the brand by modeling warmth, presence on the floor, and proactive problem-solving.
Team & Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear communication with culinary leadership, beverage leadership, and events/sales departments.

Ensure smooth coordination across service, private dining, and brewery/tap operations.

Implement company-wide programs, training, and standards consistently.
Qualifications

3–5+ years of GM or AGM leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, brewery, or multi-faceted hospitality concept.

Strong P&L, labor management, and financial decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Proven track record of building strong teams and leading them through growth.
