Position(s) offered: Seeking motivated Bartenders/Bar Prep for a fast-paced Chinese Restaurant
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience required
- Must be legal to work in NYC.
- Experience in Bar Prepping is a plus
- Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and most holidays
- Friendly and Outgoing
- A team player. Must be able to handle work pressure, must not bring personal emotions to work
- Fluent in Chinese is a plus

Job Duties:
- Working with management on smooth guest service
- Perform signature drinks with consistency
- Constantly providing exceptional customer service to guests
- Assisting management and staff with private party set-up and ease of service
- Demonstrates proficiency in open and closing duties
- Promotes the importance of teamwork and maintaining an efficient work situation
- Able to create a wide range of cocktail drinks
- Respect for fellow employees and guests
- Follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Experience crafting various cocktails, knowledge of spirits and wines
- Excellent communication skills -verbally interacts with management, team members and guests
- Be able to multitask and remain cool under pressure
- Computer knowledge helpful
- Ability to speak Chinese helpful, but not required
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($13.00) plus tips
