What You'll Do:

• Craft exquisite, innovative cocktails with precision and speed.
• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Expertly guide guests through our menu of craft cocktails, curated wines, and local beers.
• Manage high-volume periods with a cool head and a positive attitude.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficiently run bar.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• Must have proven experience in a craft cocktail environment.
• Possesses solid knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
• A natural salesperson with exceptional guest-facing communication skills.
• Must be available to work late nights, including weekends (Tuesday-Saturday, until 2 AM).
• Eager to learn, receive feedback, and grow with our concept.
• Reliable, punctual, and brings a great, easy-going character to the team.
• Can handle the pressure of a busy night with a smile.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, brewing processes, and responsible alcohol service is highly desirable.
