Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.
We are seeking a talented Floor Manager to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Floor Manager will assist with overseeing the restaurant operations, providing a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, and ensuring all staff work together as an effective team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

- Proven success as a Floor Manager within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
- Inspires strong leadership by fostering team spirit, boosting morale, and cultivating trust among colleagues.
- Thrives in high-end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Capable of operating autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00)
