TAG Tour: M by The Alinea Group - FOH Opportunities

The Alinea Group is proud to partner with Big Sky Resort for an exciting restaurant residency in Big Sky, Montana this winter season. We’re seeking passionate, detail-oriented hospitality professionals to help bring an exceptional dining experience to one of the country’s most beautiful winter destinations.

Please note: We do not have any open roles for the pop-up as of now. However, we understand that with the opening of a new restaurant, additional hands may be needed later into the pop-up. We anticipate hiring for a variety of FOH positions, including:

• Server Assistants ($15.50/hour + tips)
• Servers ($12.00/hour + tips)
• Senior Servers ($12.50/hour + tips)
• Expeditors ($17.00/hour + tips)
• Sommeliers ($13.00/hour + tips)
• Hosts ($17.00/hour + tips)
• Bartenders ($12.00/hour + tips)
• *Each role is assigned "tip points." Higher level positions receive a higher tip point range.

• Season Dates: Beginning of December through End of March
• Schedule: 5 working days per week in a 7-day operation
• Availability: Must be available for peak holiday service, including Christmas and New Year's
• Residency: Full-time residency in Big Sky is required during the season
• Employment Status: Temporary Full-Time, employed by the Big Sky Resort’s operating company for the duration of the winter season
