About the Role
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks crafted to standard recipes
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and counter areas
- Handle cash/credit transactions and operate the POS system
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily inventory checks
- Restock supplies and ensure quality control of beverages and ingredients
Qualifications
- Prior barista experience preferred; entry-level considered with strong enthusiasm
- Knowledge of espresso basics, milk texturing, and drink customization
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass any required background checks
