Major Food Group seeks experienced and qualified Prep Cooks to join our team at Chateau ZZ's!
Located in a historic manor on Brickell Avenue in Miami, Chateau ZZ's is Major Food Group's first-ever Mexican restaurant. This glamorous destination seamlessly blends old-world sophistication with modern luxury, offering a variety of transportive dining environments, a vast collection of rare tequilas, a stunning solarium, a vibrant bar and lounge, and picturesque gardens.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required
- Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills a must

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $18.00)
