• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain water service and guest awareness
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Support servers, runners, and captains throughout service

Responsabilidades
• Limpiar y resetear mesas de forma rápida y ordenada
• Mantener el servicio de agua y estar pendiente de los invitados
• Mantener las estaciones limpias, surtidas y organizadas
• Apoyar a los meseros, runners y capitanes durante el servicio
• Ayudar a mantener el flujo y el estándar del comedor
