We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Chef with a passion for authentic, elevated cuisine and a proven track record in fine dining. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end restaurants and the ability to lead a professional kitchen with excellence, creativity, and consistency.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years fine-dining chef experience (Executive or Sous Chef level)

Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

Advanced knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred (not required)

Ability to create innovative menus while maintaining classic techniques

English proficiency required; Italian language skills a plus
