Job Details

Pasta/Butchery Production Cook

Rolf and Daughters pasta and butchery production cook will be responsible for the production of extruded, rolled and hand-shaped pasta with freshly milled flours for our in-house pasta program. Additionally, the role will help with the butchery of whole animals and the fabrication of seafood.

Days start at 8:00 a.m.  Must be punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their knowledge of all pasta styles and whole animal butchery.

Responsibilities include receiving daily orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and recipe development.

Applicants should have 1+ years experience in pasta cookery, production, and meat fabrication.

We offer paid time off, health insurance including vision and dental with the company paying for 75% of the premium. 401(k), dining discounts at both Rolf and Daughters and our sister restaurants Folk and Junior. We take off major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Christmas, Labor Day, 4th of July and Memorial Day. We also close down the restaurant Super bowl Sunday, when we throw the best the company party in the Southeast (arguably anywhere)!

Philip Krajeck’s neighborhood restaurant Rolf and Daughters debuted in late 2012, with the goal of serving dishes that highlight whole-animal butchery, seasonal produce, and handmade pastas.
