Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, El Vez brings the vibrant spirit of Mexico’s Baja coast to life at the W Fort Lauderdale. The space is as colorful and lively as its menu, featuring bold design, indoor and outdoor bars, a spacious oceanfront patio, and an atmosphere that’s always full of energy.
El Vez serves creative yet classic Mexican fare with a focus on Baja-style cooking and South Florida’s freshest seafood. Guests enjoy signature margaritas, inventive cocktails, and an impressive selection of mezcals and tequilas.
We’re looking for enthusiastic Servers who are passionate about great food, exceptional hospitality, and creating a fun, memorable dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:
● 1+ years of experience as a Server in a well-rated or high-volume restaurant
● Knowledge of classic Mexican cuisine is a plus
● Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
● Works well under pressure and in a collaborative environment
● Experience with POS systems
● Open availability for morning/day and weekend shifts

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
