TNT Ramen — BOH Cook + Noodle Maker (Full-Time)

TNT Ramen is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented BOH team member to join our small crew. This role is a mix of fresh noodle production and line cooking. Our noodles are a core part of what we do, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and craft.
Schedule:
Tues & Thurs
• 7:00am–11:00am — fresh ramen noodle production
• 11:00am–3:00pm — assist prep and line teams
Wed, Fri & Sun
• 1:00pm–close (approx. 9pm; 10pm on Sundays)
Days off: Monday & Saturday
What You’ll Do:
• Produce fresh ramen noodles twice per week (training provided)
• Follow precise measurements, timing, and quality standards
• Assist on the line during prep and service
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work station
• Support a small, fast-moving BOH team
What We’re Looking For:
• Extremely reliable and punctual — noodle production must start on time
• Strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks
• Works cleanly and responsibly
• Able to lift 50+ lb bags of flour and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
• Hardworking, positive attitude, and eager to learn
• ServSafe certification required
• Local to South Chicago is a plus
Compensation:
• $17/hr
• 30-day performance review
