Seeking ambitious, high energy, charismatic general manager for One Fish Raw Bar. Must love hospitality, be intellectually curious, and have a strong desire to deliver an excellent dining experience everyday. Michelin experience preferred but not required.
This is a unique general manager position that requires an individual to wear many hats, including taking tables, developing and executing wine and sake pairings, menu knowledge, marketing and assisting in growing the business, executing in day to day operations, assisting in maintaining labor targets, assisting in maintaining pour cost targets, handle guest communications for buyouts and off site events, assisting in maintaining cleanliness and daily upkeep of the restaurant.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $120,000.00)
