Perle, a Michelin-rated French bistro in Pasadena, is seeking a professional and polished part-time Host to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a refined and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating flow
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Prior hosting or front-of-house experience preferred, especially in upscale casual or fine dining establishments
- Familiarity with reservation platforms (Resy or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible schedule — evenings and weekends
