We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our management team with daily administrative and general tasks. This position is not involved in restaurant floor management — it focuses strictly on office, paperwork, and operational support.

• Assist with administrative tasks and general office duties

• Prepare documents, reports, and schedules

• Help organize files, receipts, invoices, and records

• Support HR with onboarding documents and policies

• Assist with communication between departments

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and follow directions

• Attention to detail

• Basic computer knowledge (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)

• Good communication skills

• Reliable, responsible, and professional

This position supports the back office only — no responsibilities with customer service or restaurant floor management.
