Floor Manager

Located near our existing busy concepts, Zou Zou’s and Chez Zou, is seeking Floor Managers to join our Quality Branded team! Our teams must embrace a guest-first approach to service, thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and take great pride in the space they work in.

All of our managers are actively engaged and present on the floor for all of service. They are responsible for working closely with their hourly team to maintain our service standards that focus on generosity, acknowledgement, flexibility and efficiency for our guests.  Outside of service hours, our Floor Managers are focused on overseeing the Front Door or Support teams including scheduling, hiring and training.

Candidate must have:

• 2+ years experience in high volume restaurants, 300+ nightly covers
• Stable work history showing progressive growth
• Passion for hospitality with a positive, flexible and hard-working mindset
