Boka Restaurant Group was founded by Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm in 2003 and has become one of the premier chef-driven restaurant groups in the country. Anchored by partnerships with six of America's greatest chefs--Stephanie Izard, Paul Virant, Giuseppe Tentori, Chris Pandel, Lee Wolen, and Mark Hellyar--BRG has 14 entities (and more forthcoming!) each of them crafted individually and conceptually unique.

--Must have at least 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
--Must have in-depth experience with Open Table and Aloha.
--Must be experienced in Microsoft Office programs.
--Must have extensive food and beverage knowledge.
--Must have knowledge of beer and spirits.
--Must be willing to work long extended hours and late nights.
--Must be knowledgeable about Boka Restaurant Group.
--Must be polished, professional, warm and hospitable
--Must be prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, payroll, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, reservation book management, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired preshift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals
