FOH Floor Manager

Club Lucky is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic floor manager for our fast-paced high volume Wicker Park Bucktown Restaurant. This position is about interacting with the customer, managing schedules, assisting with inventories, and running the floor during the shift. We are looking for a person whose excitement and energy is contagious, and who has the experience to work smart not hard. If you are comfortable talking to anyone, love Italian food, love to smile, and are fun to be around, this is the job for you. 

***Specific Duties
Supervision and operation of the day-to-day activities of a team of employees while providing exceptional customer service.
Assist the General Manager and owners in monitoring store presentation and ensuring service and quality standards are met.
Assign work responsibilities, manage schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered.
Resolve most questions and problems and keep management and ownership informed of all concerns.
Provide recommendations for employee coaching, mentorship, development, etc.
Assist with developing promotions
Training and development of employees
Managing inventory, labor, and cash handling
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

***Requirements Include
High energy and positive person that enjoys making people smile
Prefer 2+ years of restaurant supervision experience
Demonstrates team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Flexible work schedule. 
Basic math and computer skills
Attendance and Punctuality a must
Enthusiasm and willing to learn
Must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction
