Busser / Barista

Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Electric Lemon is a seasonal American restaurant celebrating the farmers, growers, and artisans of the Mid-Atlantic. With breathtaking views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel, our sleek dining room and al fresco terrace offer a vibrant, day-to-night setting.

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Busser / Barista to join our team! In this hybrid role, you’ll help keep the dining room running smoothly while also crafting coffee and espresso beverages that delight our guests. Qualifications:

• Weekend availability is required
• Minimum 1 year of bussing or barista experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Knowledge of service etiquette (steps of service, right of way, backhanding, table maintenance)
• Basic barista skills, including espresso prep, milk steaming, and crafting standard coffee drinks
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
