Rewind is a 9,000 sq ft premium hospitality venue featuring an elevated speakeasy cocktail lounge with private karaoke (KTV) rooms. These two concepts come together to create a nostalgic, immersive destination rooted in Asian heritage and reimagined through a modern, sophisticated lens. With a focus on intentional storytelling, refined service, and culinary excellence, Rewind is a space for connection, play, and memory-making.
Co-founded by the team behind concepts including The Office of Mr. Moto, TabeTomo, The Residence of Mr. Moto, and Tomokase, Rewind is seeking two staff to cross train as Servers and Bartenders. Key Responsibilities
- Complete all necessary opening and closing side-work; not limited to juicing and cutting fruit, preparing syrups, folding silverware, polishing, etc.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar and servers station
- Take orders and provide exemplary service to our clientele
- Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus, guiding guest choices
- Prepare and batch cocktails utilizing techniques including sous vide, acid adjustment, and clarification
- Ensure bar prep and service aligns with all DOH, SLA, and internal SOP standards
- 2+ years of experience as a Bartender in a cocktail-driven venue
- Strong understanding of classic cocktail foundations and recipes
- Strong knowledge of Asian spirits, ingredients, and presentation techniques (Japanese cocktail training is a plus)
- Familiarity with Toast POS
- Ability to work efficiently at peak times
- NYC Food Handlers License is a plus
- Desire to learn and expand skills/knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
