🕐 Schedule: Morning or evening shifts available (must be available weekends)
💵 Pay: $18.04/hr + tips
The Role
As a Server at OH LA LA, you’ll be the face of our hospitality, delivering attentive, thoughtful, and efficient service to our guests during the morning, lunch, and dinner hours. This is a full-service position — you’ll take orders tableside, guide guests through the menu, deliver food and drinks, and ensure every guest leaves feeling taken care of.
Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism

Take food and beverage orders confidently and accurately

Deliver food and drinks in sequence and ensure timely service

Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and ingredients

Upsell and suggest pairings to enhance the guest experience

Follow all steps of service as trained, maintaining consistency

Collaborate with teammates, expo, and kitchen for smooth service

Maintain clean and organized tables, side stations, and work areas

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a full-service upscale restaurant required

Strong communication skills and guest-first mindset

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with Toast POS systems and basic cash/credit handling

Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

Available to work AM shifts (7:30 AM – 2:30 PM), PM Shift (2:30PM - 10:00PM)

Must have or be willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Card
