📌 Responsibilities

Deliver a high-touch, structured Steps of Service from greeting to dessert & digestifs.

Present menu knowledge with confidence, including daily specials and cocktail recommendations.

Guide guests through food, wine, and beverage selections with enthusiasm.

Maintain table maintenance, attentiveness, and clean presentation.

Multitask effectively while staying calm under pressure.

Communicate clearly with management, host, bar, and kitchen teams.

Handle POS operations quickly and accurately.

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
✅ Requirements
-
2+ years of serving experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and Latin-American cuisine (training provided).

Excellent verbal communication and hospitality skills.

Professional appearance and punctuality.

Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
