Buena Vista, a modern Latin-American restaurant known for its vibrant energy, elevated service, and high-quality gastronomy, is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our growing team. With multiple Manhattan locations and strong expansion plans, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-rising brand.

We are seeking professional, polished, and enthusiastic Servers who:

• Provide warm, engaging, and confident hospitality.

• Are passionate about food, cocktails, wine, and guest experience.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

• Are proactive, reliable, and committed to team success.

• Understand how to upsell, drive check averages, and deliver efficient steps of service.

• Deliver a high-touch, structured Steps of Service from greeting to dessert & digestifs.

• Present menu knowledge with confidence, including daily specials and cocktail recommendations.

• Guide guests through food, wine, and beverage selections with enthusiasm.

• Maintain table maintenance, attentiveness, and clean presentation.

• Multitask effectively while staying calm under pressure.

• Communicate clearly with management, host, bar, and kitchen teams.

• Handle POS operations quickly and accurately.

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

• 2+ years of serving experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and Latin-American cuisine (training provided).

• Excellent verbal communication and hospitality skills.

• Professional appearance and punctuality.

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
