Voracious Hospitality Group is growing, and we’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our award-winning concepts. Our restaurants are built on genuine hospitality, vibrant food and drink programs, and strong community ties. We’re looking for a leader who inspires their team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers memorable guest experiences every day.
Who You Are-
A hands-on, guest-focused leader with a passion for hospitality

Experienced in managing high-volume, full-service restaurants

Skilled at building strong teams through coaching, training, and mentorship

Financially savvy—comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls

Highly organized with a focus on operational excellence

Adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to creating a positive workplace culture

Oversee daily operations with attention to quality, consistency, and service

Recruit, train, and develop top-tier front- and back-of-house teams

Lead by example, fostering a collaborative, enthusiastic, and professional environment

Maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and the local community

Manage financial performance, including labor, food/beverage costs, and P&L oversight

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $100,000.00)
