We are looking for a hospitality professional who embodies warmth, professionalism, and precision, with a deep understanding of luxury service and guest-driven experiences.

• Maintain the tone of the dining room through sincere, attentive, and anticipatory service.

Reservation & Book Management
• Expertly manage the reservation books using platforms such as Resy and OpenTable, optimizing cover counts without compromising guest experience.

• Coordinate with the management team to adjust floor plans as needed during service or for special events.
Leadership & Team Coordination
• Lead, direct, and delegate responsibilities to the host team, especially during peak seasons.
• Act as the communication bridge between hosts, management, and all FOH teams.
• Maintain a calm, organized presence during high-volume periods.
Operations & Communication
• Ensure the host stand is organized, efficient, and updated throughout each shift.
• Communicate all private events, large parties, and reservation changes clearly and promptly.
• Support operations between both Michelin-starred restaurants as needed.
Ideal Candidate
• 2–3+ years of experience in upscale or Michelin-recognized restaurants or NYT starred restaurants
• Strong command of guest relations and high-level hospitality standards
• Fluency with Resy/OpenTable and proven ability to strategize cover flow
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during busy service
• A genuine passion for Korean cuisine and elevated dining
What We Offer
• Competitive compensation
• Growth potential within a Michelin-recognized restaurant group
• A respectful, collaborative, and excellence-driven team culture
• Opportunities to engage with a thoughtful, food-focused clientele
We look forward to meeting you!
