- Oversee all culinary operations for à la carte dining, member events, and private banquets.
- Create and execute fresh, inspired menus that balance tradition and innovation.
- Oversee and grow a cohesive culinary team, with the flexibility to recruit and mentor new talent.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food and labor costs within budget while ensuring excellence in every dish.
- Partner with management and the Food & Beverage team to plan and execute signature member events, golf tournaments, and celebrations.
- Contribute to management teams efforts to drive growth and ensure club stability.
- Build relationships with members and guests through visibility, professionalism, and hospitality.
- Oversee ordering, inventory, vendor relations, and kitchen maintenance.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $120,000.00)
