With prime cuts, expertly crafted cocktails, and Starr’s signature attention to every detail, Slim’s is poised to become the next must-visit destination in Miami’s luxury dining scene.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of Sous Chef/ kitchen management experience in a well-rated, industry leading kitchens 
  • Influential, team-oriented leadership style with passion for training and development of others 
  • Attention to details of food quality, preparation and presentation 
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands 
  • A solid understanding of ordering, scheduling, production, plating, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication, and computer skills
