Servers are responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Describe menu items and daily specials, answering guest questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and promptly.
• Monitor guest tables and anticipate their needs throughout the meal.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Clear and reset tables according to established standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other FOH team members.

• Proven experience as a server in a busy restaurant setting.
• Thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
