They should provide exceptional guest experiences and continually strive to exceed guests expectations with every opportunity. This candidate has the composure to maintain a calm and professional demeanor, particularly during peak operational periods.
We are looking for a strong bartender who can provide guidance and coaching, a team player who leads by example and who seeks to motivate and support the team. This role will be responsible for assisting with developing a seasonal bar menu, prep, training, providing support during service and upholding and elevating our service standards. Looking for a proven ability to multitask, maintain organization within a high-volume environment, and manage inventory effectively
Management experience is a plus, however we will gladly accept applicants with a strong bartending background who are excited to take on a new role. We are growing quickly as a company, and seeking individuals who would like to grow with us.

ABOUT US:
Che Fico Pizzeria opened in October 2024. The original Che Fico is located in the NoPa neighborhood and is a California-Italian restaurant. The flagship location opened in Spring of 2018 and was shortly thereafter named one of Bon Appetit's Hot 10 New Restaurants. The restaurant features handmade pasta, pizza, salumi, wood-fired meats and other dishes utilizing local California ingredients as if the Bay Area were a region of Italy. Che Fico has a robust craft cocktail program, as well as a very developed wine and beverage program highlighting California and Italy.
Che Fico Pizzeria is located in Thrive City, directly adjacent to the Chase Center. This location is fun, fast-paced, and community oriented. While pizza is of course the focus, we also feature a dynamic menu including antipasti and sandwiches, as well as fabulous gelato! Che Fico Pizzeria is first and foremost a San Francisco restaurant and it will establish itself as a member of the community through warm hospitality and a generous spirit.
