Scopa Italian Roots is an Italian Venice staple restaurant by chef Antonia Lofaso.

Hours vary but the restaurant opens 7 days a week 4PM-Midnight

Key responsibilities

• Restocking and inventory:Replenish all bar supplies, including liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and glassware. Change beer kegs and restock shelves and coolers throughout the shift.
• Preparation: Prepare and restock garnishes, such as fruits and herbs. Set up the bar with necessary items like napkins, straws, and tools before service begins.
• Cleaning and maintenance:Wash and restock glassware, clean up spills, and take out trash. This includes general cleaning duties before, during, and after service, and can involve mopping floors.
• Assisting bartenders:Provide support to bartenders by anticipating their needs and performing tasks that allow them to focus on serving customers.
• Closing duties: Assist with closing procedures by breaking down the bar, cleaning all surfaces and equipment, and storing perishable items
