TORC SEEKS RESTAURANT MANAGER
TORC in downtown Napa restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have worked in high caliber restaurants for a minimum of five years and have held a management position during that time. Hospitality degree preferred.
(Qualification Requirements:)
- Strong leader with commitment to excellence and a passion for great food & wine
- Extensive wine & liquor knowledge; with desire to train others
- Possess a professional, welcoming attitude with outgoing personality
- Experienced in hiring, training and scheduling a front of the house staff
- Assist with organization and maintenance of inventory, ordering and stocking
- Oversee fulfillment of opening and closing procedures
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- Compensation very competitive based on experience
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($77,500.00 - $90,000.00)
