Position Overview:
The Line Cook plays a crucial role in delivering the elevated dining experience our guests expect. This position demands precision, consistency, and a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, respects the integrity of premium ingredients, and operates with discipline in a refined yet fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all dishes with exceptional accuracy, presentation, and timing according to the restaurant’s luxury standards.
- Maintain a meticulously organized, fully stocked, and spotless station at all times—before, during, and after service.
- Uphold strict recipe adherence, portion control, and plating guidelines with zero deviation.
- Prepare mise en place with care, maintaining freshness, proper labeling, and rotation (FIFO at all times).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the culinary team to ensure flawless service execution.
- Monitor food quality continuously, from prep to plate, ensuring consistency worthy of a luxury dining experience.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene procedures with absolute attention to detail.
- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef by completing tasks promptly, efficiently, and without repeated instruction.
- Handle equipment, tools, and premium ingredients respectfully and responsibly.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and discipline daily—non-negotiable for this role.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a high-end, upscale, or fine-dining kitchen preferred.
- Strong understanding of advanced cooking techniques and professional kitchen standards.
- Ability to stay composed and focused under pressure while maintaining luxury-level execution.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to supporting the kitchen as a whole.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven to uphold the restaurant’s brand and culinary vision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $18.00) plus tips
