We’re looking for a Head Chef who’s excited to help build something from the ground up — from developing operations to building a kitchen team and setting the tone for day one.
You do not need previous pizza experience — what matters most is leadership, organization, a passion for great food, and the drive to build an amazing team and culture.
What You’ll Do

Lead all kitchen operations during pre-opening, opening, and ongoing service

Work with ownership on recipes, procedures, and kitchen systems

Hire, train, and mentor a strong BOH team

Create a positive, consistent, and respectful kitchen culture

Set daily standards around prep, sanitation, consistency, and execution

Manage ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and food cost

Ensure the kitchen is organized, efficient, and ready for growth

Maintain high-quality food while balancing speed and volume
-
Collaborate on menu development (pizza experience not required — we’ll learn together)

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

A hands-on operator who isn’t afraid to jump in and solve problems

Someone who loves building systems and dialing in consistency

Excitement to learn pizza

Excellent communication and training ability

Positive attitude — no ego, no drama, all team

Experience running a kitchen (Sous Chef, CDC, or current Head Chef level)

Comfort with opening processes, or eagerness to learn them

Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $85,000.00)
