• Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and silverware following health and safety standards

• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and trash disposal areas

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and inform management of any issues

• Assist kitchen staff in food preparation and cleaning tasks as needed

• Ensure proper sanitation of all surfaces and follow proper food safety procedures

• Handle club equipment and property with care and attention

• Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs

• Maintain professionalism and discretion in a private club environment

• Support team efforts to uphold high standards of service to club members and guests

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
