Job Details

JF Restaurants by Michelin-Starred and Award-winning Chef John Fraser is hiring for skilled BROILER COOKS to join our team at The Vermilion Club located at the Winthrop Center in the heart of downtown Boston. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience in high volume steak cookery.

We are looking for people who can work well with a tight, harmonious team and want to be a part of something new and exciting! Seriously interested candidates must be passionate, organized, hard-working and self-motivated. Candidates must also have a strong desire to learn and grow in addition to strong communication skills and is a team player.

Experience with Steak, Fine Dining, and Raw Seafood is a huge plus and will be given priority in the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Food preparation, cooking, and food handling experience
  • Previous restaurant and kitchen experience
  • Culinary background with fine dining experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knife skills and meal preparation knowledge
  • Experience in menu planning is a plus
  • Familiarity with catering and serving is beneficial
  • Dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
