We are seeking a talented pastry line cook to join our team of professional sweet makers for both L’Amico, featuring an American menu with Italian influences,
honoring the food of both Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel’s past and present, Second, our client-adored event space, which can host hundreds of guests at a time for intimate or extravagant dinner parties and receptions and Skirt Steak, our newest sister restaurant boasting an instagram worthy dessert cart. All located within the Hotel Eventi on 6th Avenue and 30th St.

Job Overview:
Production Pastry Cooks are instrumental in creating beautiful pastries, desserts, breads and so much more!
What you’ll do:
- Scale-out ingredients and prepare desserts according to recipes
- Ensure timely delivery of menu items on order
- Ensure proper presentation and cook of menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks to ensure consistent food delivery
- Assist with additional tasks as needed or required by the Executive Chef

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $23.00)
