Food runners at Emeril’s are responsible for expediting and delivering all food and appropriate accompaniments from the kitchen to the drop off areas throughout the restaurant. Other duties include:
- Carrying trays to the service station
- Stocking clean trays en place
- Re-loading the hot and cold pass with rotating clean plates
- Being attentive and available to take food from pass as soon as service is called
- Having a general understanding of the dishes and dietary requirements to communicate to FOH team at service station.
Must be able to lift, carry, balance and deliver trays weighing up to 40 pounds while maneuvering swiftly through crowded areas. Candidates must have good grooming with a passion for excellent customer service.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
