Part-Time Event Server/Bartender — The Quoin Hotel
The Quoin Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Event Server/Bartender to join our team. This role supports private events, weddings, and special functions, ensuring a seamless guest experience through attentive service and expert beverage preparation.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service during private events and functions

Set up, maintain, and break down event spaces and bars

Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with hotel standards

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations
Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, events, or bartending preferred

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

The restaurant design have been melded with features and fixtures from local makers that reflect the building’s original era, features a dining room adorned with warm wood accents, plush upholstered banquets, an illuminating ceiling design, and features an open kitchen showcasing a wood-fired oven & grill focusing on Italian-influenced, wood-fired cuisine that emphasizes the smokiness and char of the wood burning oven & grill. Serving a casual, yet sophisticated & seasonally driven menu, The Quoin is helmed by esteemed chef Jim Burke.
In addition to the Restaurant, The Quoin will be the home of a 45 seat speakeasy style cocktail bar, that will feature an extensive list of signature crafted cocktails, paying homage to the city’s history and former famous resident’s.
