We’re seeking a hands-on Café Manager passionate about coffee, people, and running a seamless, welcoming café! You’ll support both front and back of house, help lead the team, and make sure every guest feels right at home.The ideal candidate leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and exemplifies the standard for hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all daily café operations, including FOH and BOH functions
- Uphold exceptional product quality, beverage consistency, speed of service, cleanliness, and café ambiance standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop baristas and culinary staff, fostering skill growth and hospitality-driven service culture
- Ensure full compliance with all health, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations and standards
- Support financial performance through P&L understanding, revenue generation strategies, labor planning, and expense control
- Foster a positive work environment and high team morale
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a café, coffee shop or restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to teamwork and service
- Experience managing inventory and supporting BOH operations
- Genuine passion for hospitality, community connection, and quality coffee
- Food Manager Certification
- Allergen Certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Available to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation
- Prior experience in coffee, tea, food service, or hospitality, required
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($48,000.00 - $50,000.00)
