The Russian Tea Room is an acclaimed fine dining establishment known for its exceptional culinary offerings and impeccable service. We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our team.
As a Grill Station Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our signature salads, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for taste, quality, and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook grilled fish, meats, and other menu items according to precise recipes and presentation standards.

Maintain proper grill temperatures and ensure consistent quality.

Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate timely service during peak hours.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, following all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of continuous experience at one fine dining establishment.

Strong experience working the grill station, cooking fish and meats.

Knowledge of French cuisine techniques preferred.

Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Valid State ID or U.S. Passport, Green Card, and Social Security Card required).

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
