Line Cook

We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our team.

As a Salad Manger, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our signature salads, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for taste, quality, and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for salads and cold dishes, including washing, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and proteins.

• Assemble salads and appetizers according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station, ensuring full compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

• Coordinate salad and cold dish orders with other kitchen stations for timely service.

• Accommodate special dietary requests or modifications.

• Support other kitchen tasks as directed by the Chef or Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salad Manger or in a similar role within a high-volume fine dining kitchen.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cold station techniques, and sanitation standards.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Valid State ID or U.S. Passport, Green Card, and Social Security Card required).

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
