Job Details
- Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume cocktail bar, lounge, or restaurant.
- Proven ability to execute craft cocktails, use bar tools properly, and follow exact recipes.
- Capable of performing in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining grace and consistency.
- Mastery of proper pouring, batching, shaking, stirring, building, and garnishing techniques.
- Commitment to maintaining the lounge’s brand, tone, and atmosphere at all times.
- Ability to read guests quickly and adjust service style (discreet, engaging, high-energy, or relaxed).
- Craft cocktails to exact standards, ensuring consistency and presentation quality.
- Engage guests with product knowledge, cocktail suggestions, and food pairing recommendations.
- Maintain a spotless bar: wipe-downs, reorganizing, restocking, and polishing glassware.
- Assist with opening/closing duties: inventory, prep, batching, syrups, garnishes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Team-oriented, respectful, and able to communicate effectively.
- Experience in venues with live music, DJs, lounge-style service, or late-night operations.
- Familiarity with Philadelphia dining trends, guest expectations, and local competition.

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
