- Display a working knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment use
- Demonstrate an ability to efficiently execute all prep assignments with excellence
- Consistently ensure that kitchen and storage areas remain clean and organized

- Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow
- Because of the unique setup and size at Frevo, you will also be part of the service team and we will be required to serve, explain dishes and perform service functions, including but not limited to, pouring water, running plates back to the kitchen, assist on re-setting the dinning room, etc.
- Experience in a similar position at a fine dining restaurant is required, Michelin-Star or similar level preferred.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Excellent Presentation. Frevo is an Open Kitchen Restaurant.
- English fluency required and additional languages preferred, but not required
- Excellent Overall pay - $16 Hourly pay + part of the Gratuity pool - Average estimated hourly compensation is $28 (Important: Please note this is an estimate based on current business and is subject to decrease or increase due to the nature of gratuities and volume of business).
- One rotating night off from Tuesday to Saturday - 4 Days of Mise-en-place with service and one day just mise-en-place.
- At the moment Frevo has a three Week Vacation Closing p/ year. After 12 full consecutive months with the company, Frevo offers a 2-week paid vacation time per year.
