Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls with precision and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times.

Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to restaurant standards.

Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to deliver smooth and efficient operations.

Assist in menu development and new roll creation.

Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of sushi chef experience preferred.

Strong knife skills and deep knowledge of Japanese ingredients and techniques.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and presentation.

Team-oriented and reliable.
