Service Director

Tabernacle Steakhouse is a global inspired Steakhouse with a focus on premium offerings of Sushi and Wagyu.

As a Service Director at Tabernacle Steakhouse, you will directly oversee the front of house team to ensure service to our guests that is warm, knowledgeable & noticeable appreciative. We are looking for candidates that are ready to hit the ground running, lead by example and are hands on. You will work closely with senior management to ensure restaurant standards are followed, implement SOP’s and training guides for onboarding front of house staff. In addition to being present on the floor during service, job duties include administrative tasks.

This is a full time position and requires flexible  schedule availability, the restaurants follows the Jewish calendar.

Requirements;

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
• Desire to learn and grow
• Commitment to excellence
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work well within a large team
• Excellent personal presentation
• Ability to communicate with members of the kitchen and dining room teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• At least 3 years experience in upscale dining
