Head Chef – Mediterranean Cuisine

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a back-of-house team in a fast-paced kitchen

• Oversee food quality, consistency, and plating presentation

• Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen cost control

• Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive or Head Chef (Mediterranean cuisine preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Friendly, team-oriented personality that fosters a positive kitchen culture

• Proven record of creativity and consistency in upscale dining environments

• Excellent time management and organization
