Bartender

*Bartending experience and full weekend availability required*

The Snug is hiring part-time & full-time bartenders for our front of house team!

We’re looking for strong bartenders and hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidates are confident behind the bar, genuinely enjoy connecting with guests, and work seamlessly with teammates in a high-volume setting. This role is part of our hybrid model, which means adaptability is key.

While most shifts are bartending, you’ll occasionally serve or barback, and on rare occasion host depending on the night’s needs. We rotate roles to keep things dynamic, collaborative, and balanced across the team. Every position is equally valued, and compensation remains consistent across roles.

- Must have weekend (Saturday & Sunday) availability 

ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Occasionally requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials
- Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
- Able to climb stairs
- Ability to carry a full tray of beverages
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and coworkers in English
