Position Available:

Baker/Pastry Cook  

Employment Type: Full-time  

Compensation: $19 to 21/ hr depending on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to our established recipes and standards  

- Collaborate with team members to design new menu items that surprise and delight our customers  

- Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards  

- Handle inventory management and stock control efficiently  

- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to all health and safety guidelines  

Qualifications:

- Culinary degree or relevant professional experience in a bakery or restaurant setting  

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively  

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail  

- A passion for baking and creating new flavors  

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
